An attractively illustrated account of the resorts served by the General Steam Navigation Company from Tower Pier. This promotional brochure includes descriptions, departure times and fares of the three Eagle steamers, Royal Eagle, Crested Eagle and Golden Eagle, which sailed to Southend and Clacton, Margate and Ramsgate. There is also a survey of the London riverside, of the new Ford Works at Dagenham and of the Kent shore to Gravesend.
