Preserved in nineteenth century blue sugar-paper wrappers, on which we have printed a copy of the title page. This example was at some time part of Rochester Public Library's reserve stock, remaining there un-used. Apart from an unobtrusive blind stamp on the margin of the title page it is a very good, clean copy.
