Notes
A short-lived mid-Victorian periodical conducted by Albert Smith (1816-60) and John Leech (1817-64) that appeared for only six issues in the second half of 1851. In the introduction it is stated to be 'a light periodical, which will not interfere with any other, and may beguile a railway or steam-boat journey, without any great tax on the attention.' A scarce title notable for the quality of its illustrations.
