Some wear to extremities,including corners and head and tail of spine. Flyleaves browned, but otherwise a very good copy. Signature on first free endpaper. Illustrated throughout, including title page, by colour decorations, vignettes, headings, lettering and initials. An anthology of great poetry, beautifully lettered and illuminated for children over eight years, printed in Holland. Selection by Michael Clifford Green, writer for children. First published 1945.
