In pictorial paper stiff card boards, in matching unclipped dust wrapper, with edge wear, including missing sections and chips at head and tail of spine. Some wear to extremities, including edges, corners and head and tail of spine. Flyleaves browned, but otherwise a very good copy. 1952 Signature on first free endpaper. Illustrated throughout, including title page, by colour decorations, vignettes, headings, lettering and initials. An anthology of poetry, beautifully lettered and illuminated for young children over eight, uniform with Stars and Primroses for older children, printed in Holland. Selection by Michael Clifford Green, writer for children.
