From an original lithograph by George Ayling, prolific artist and member of The Wapping Group. Depicting The Leas, with the bandstand in the foreground, the Leas Cliff Hall and the Victoria Pier in the middle distance, and the harbour arm in the distance, complete with departing steam ships. The vibrant colour scheme is typical of the era. Originally produced in a large format (20 x 40 inches)
