4to. 8.75 x 5.75 inches. lxxxiii, including 50 pp. advertisements + 791 pp., including 142 pp. advertisements. Bound in original dark green cloth, gilt, with blind stamped title on front board. Advertisements on pastedowns. Some wear to extremities and darkening of edges, with a little foxing; otherwise a very good copy. Illustrated by 32 pages of plates, including 5 in colour and by 105 engraved text figures. The Medical Annual was published from one hundred years from 1883-84 to 1993-94. Alphabetically arranged with numerous illustrated advertisements of the period.
